PZS has designed a state-of-the-art recording studio for the Center for Music Technology at Montgomery County Community College. The 900 SF studio, which is estimated to cost $700,000, includes a control room, an ISO Booth, a sound lock entry, office space and an equipment closet. The project was completed in early 2018.
Currently the staff at the Sound Recording and Music Technology program at MCCC have built a program at the College to rival similar programs at four-year colleges nationwide. This Recording Studio is the next step is to create a music recording studio at the College that could be one of just a handful of facilities on the East Coast that serves as a destination for major recording artists, making it not only the educational standard, but also the industry standard.
