ARC Wheeler/10 Rittenhouse Sales Center

PZS Architects designed this sales center and model unit for our 10 Rittenhouse project. We created a space that demonstrates the luxury of the units, while still allowing functionality for the staff of ARCWheeler. In addition to sample residential spaces, a great room was designed to accommodate frequent opportunities to entertain. This room showcases the model, as well as a large-screen that is used to recreate the views that will be seen from each residence. Interspersed with the residential spaces are offices, conference rooms and support spaces.
