This project included a $4 million comprehensive renovation of a 250,000 SF high school facility. Our scope of work was to identify and prioritize items to be renovated, and develop construction documents. These renovations included the gymnasium, auditorium and classrooms, front entrance facade and replacement of doors and windows. In order to create new classroom space, a small rooftop building addition was constructed, with the addition of new steel dunnage and air handling units.
