Building 1A Swing Space:

Relocation of upper level space training classroom radar, soldering and computer labs to lower level. The intent was to temporarily provide use-able space to allow for full upper level renovation.

Building 1A Training Facility:

Total reconstruction of training classroom radar, soldering and computer labs. A central high-tech information square and a large classroom divided into four compartments by automated bi-folding partitions on a raised flooring system to run data and power beneath.

Building 18 Department of Public Works:

Total interior renovation and addition of two new vestibules. The work was performed in phases.

Building 15:

Facility renovation for offices spaces including a new entrance and visual identity for both wings. The work is being completed in two phases.

Design-Build; two dormitory cabins including sleeping areas, bathrooms, chaperone rooms, mechanical room and porch area.

 

Franklin D. Roosevelt Curatorial Center National Park Service
Hyde Park, NY

Design-Build; new 8,400 SF curatorial storage facility to house the builk of the Roosevelt-Vanderbilt National Historic Site museum collection. Steel frame structure, steel panels for walls and roofing, concrete foundation and slab on grade and masonry exterior walls.
