Our layout of this contemporary house provides a private entrance facing the street and a dramatic rear wall of windows overlooking the 3-acre property. The central open floor plan integrates a dual-sided fireplace and vaulted ceilings, flanked by two distinct living spaces. To the southeast is a kitchen, garage, mudroom and two children's bedrooms, while to the southwest is a master suite and a billiards room. The central family living and dining room bridges the separation of parent space and child space. Exterior materials were chosen to be unobtrusive, organic and to blend into the landscape.
