PZS Architects has been busy for quite some time with the adaptive re-use of multiple buildings on the Germantown High School site. We are transforming the buildings, which have been abandoned for many years, into residential units and different amenity spaces. The project is being done in phases, with apartments in the former school addition building being the first to be made available for lease. Next will be the former Industrial Arts building, then the historic former main school building.
Our hope is that these new apartments and the new ground-floor community spaces will energize and activate this area and breathe some new life into the neighborhood along this stretch of Germantown Avenue. This is a great project and we’re excited to be part of it!
