The exteriors at Manual Rivero Hall are taking shape – EIFS installation is ongoing behind the future mesh wall, brick has been installed, and storefront glazing has started. Still to come is the limestone under the windows, metal panel, and the ipe wood under the overhangs.

This is a transformative project under construction on the campus of Lincoln University involving the renovation and modernization of the 98,500 sf interior of Manual Rivero Hall. Included in the project scope are: an addition to expand the seating capacity to the existing Gymnasium, expanding the main entrance, repurposing the existing pool and bowling alley into alternative athletic department functions, as well as facade improvements. When complete, the result will be dramatic improvements and modernization throughout the facility. Athletic efficiencies and functionality within the building will create a more “welcoming” and “inviting” experience from the first view of the building entering campus to the corridors and rooms inside.
