BluePearl Pet Hospital Clearwater

BluePearl Veterinary Partners previously operated a 4,000 square foot specialty hospital in Largo Florida that was bursting at the seams. BluePearl located the new 16,600 sf tenant space within a new commercial storage building under construction, just down the street from their current location. PZS Architects was commissioned to create construction documents from a space plan developed by BluePearl. We further developed the initial plan, provided technical expertise and coordination with the shell architect, in addition to providing CA services. The project opened in the spring of 2020.

Veterinary Architecture is a unique area of specialization for PZS Architects. We have designed animal hospitals like this one, veterinary facilities, and emergency care centers in locations all over the United States.
