This was a renovation to existing laboratory spaces within the “G-wing” of the Engineering Quadrangle for an incoming faculty member. Included in the scope of the renovations were Post Doc and student office spaces, an Energy Research Lab, a data collection lab, and a calculation lab space. The Research Lab is comprised of two main areas; one with three benchtop hoods for synthesis and another area with four walk-in hoods with reactors, analyzers, and gases.
The renovations to the Engineering Quad G-Wing within Princeton University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science involved a full scope of architectural programming and design services, as well as MEP systems and specialized laboratory ventilation HVAC design.
