Cheyney University Cope Hall and Fields

Located on the campus of Cheyney University in Chester County, this is a DGS Modified Lean Pilot Project involving the design and documentation of a 160,000 sf multi-purpose indoor sports facility and renovations and improvements to several outdoor athletic fields.

The project scope includes an indoor turf field, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, food service, bathrooms, locker rooms, and storage. The exterior improvements include design and documentation of outdoor athletic fields, a new all-weather NCAA regulation track, a landscaped plaza, and pedestrian circulation network.
