Tioga St. Townhomes

Tioga Street Townhomes is a complex in Port Richmond that includes 58 townhouses containing 116 residential units. There are two basic townhome types that were designed for this project- an interior model and a corner unit, and there were two different overall depths that differed by 2’. Spread along the street fronts of half a city block, the townhome complex design was able to incorporate a shared interior courtyard with open parking for 70 vehicles. Also included on site is bicycle storage for 30 bicycles.

The floor plans are modern and open, with natural light throughout the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. Carefully-chosen interior finishes and fixtures add to the contemporary, refined design of the interior spaces.
